Cancellation & no show policy<\/h4>

Please remember to cancel the room in good time if, contrary to expectations, you do not need it.
Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellation \/ changes or no-show will be offset against the amount of the first night.<\/p>

Terms and conditions<\/h3>

  1. Room rates are calculated for the room per night (not per person prices). Including all tax and services. Prices are subject to change.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  2. The contract is concluded between the guest and accomodation provider.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  3. The Austrian hotel contract condtitions apply. Place of jurisdiction is Innsbruck.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    Arrival & departure<\/h3>

    Departure:\u00a0<\/strong>11 a.m. – We can store your luggage safely for you after departure.\u00a0<\/h6>
